are all these control variables

ThanksWhich would be the control variable?
Control and variable are opposites

you usually vary two factors - the variables. Everything else is kept constant ( the control)Which would be the control variable?
100 degrees Celsius is the boiling point of water, So I would be thinking as to how much of this liquid have you distilled in ten minutes.

Could be that you are talking about metal, start at 100 degrees, what is the linear expansion of the metal.

Could be you are talking about rocks, I could tell you, if I knew what we are talking about.

The other variables are. What substance are we talking about? What is your heat source? If it is Electric, then is the heat constant? If it is gas, what type of gas are you using? Does the output of the Gas appliance remain constant?
there should be 3:

the temperature

the time

time temperature was taken.

the amount of liquid should be there or it will be a unfair test
