Identify control variable and independent and dependent.?

My experimental design:

Three exact plant and are label A, B,C

Plant A- Expose to direct sunlight, open area, and given regular water

Plant B- Close area place in dark room, and given source of light from light bulb

Plant C- Close area place in dark room with no light

The variable being tested is the amount of starch is form from the different of light expose.

This can be measure by using a starch indicator which is iodine.

How could I improve my hypothesis, if my hypothesis is :

If plant A is place in open area under direct sunlight and given regular water than it would have a higher rate of starch form.

What could be my control, indpendent, and dependent variable.Identify control variable and independent and dependent.?
Independent- Changing the amount of light resource for the plant, and the amount of space.

Dependent- what will happen to the plant after the experiment, the amount of starch formed after the experiment.

Controlled- exact type of plants, (are all the plants given regular water, if so, it is also a controlled variable.)

your hypothesis is okay, but you can also say this:

If Plant A is placed in an open area, under direct sunlight, and given regular water, then the plant will form a higher amount of starch then plants B and C.

Good Luck, Hope i helped!!Identify control variable and independent and dependent.?
IT has proper care,

Can grow well,

Must have proper care to grow well.
